Refund Policy

Effective as from 1st April 2025

At Spark Cloud Host, we are committed to delivering high-quality cloud hosting and server solutions with complete transparency. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our refund policy has been designed to ensure fairness while maintaining clarity on service terms and technical responsibilities.



Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

* The issue is directly related to the server or hosting infrastructure provided by Spark Cloud Host.

* Our technical team is unable to suggest or resolve the reported issue within the applicable support window.

* The request is made within 30 days from the date of service activation.

Refunds are not applicable for:

* Monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly subscriptions.

* Domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, or any third-party cloud services.

* Services purchased during promotional or discounted offers.



Valid Grounds for Refund

A refund request may be considered if:

* The service does not match the specifications advertised on our website.

* The provisioned server experiences repeated downtime caused by hardware failure or network instability verified on our end.

* The purchased plan cannot be delivered due to a technical limitation from Spark Cloud Host.



Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

* Application-level misconfiguration, code errors, or database issues arising from the customer’s application.

* Performance issues caused by improper optimization, heavy plugins, or inefficient scripts.

* Customer-initiated cancellation during the billing term (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

* Policy or compliance violations, including but not limited to content involving CDN, VPN, video streaming, copyrighted or illegal materials.

* Abuse of server resources or suspension due to violation of Terms of Service.



Refund Amount & Processing

To request a refund:

* Refunds (if approved) will be prorated based on the number of unused days in the first 30-day period.

* Refunds will be processed through NEFT, UPI, or the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

* All setup fees, license costs, and transaction charges are non-refundable.

If the issue is verified as server-related and unresolved, the refund will be approved as per this policy.



How to Request a Refund

* Send an email to care@sparkcloudhost.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Service ID]”.

* Include your order ID, registered email address, and a clear description of the issue faced.

* Our billing and technical audit team will review the request and communicate the findings within 3–5 working days.



Optional Technical Support

If the problem arises from application or configuration issues, we can connect you with a professional optimization partner (third-party vendor) who can assist at an additional cost, payable directly to them.



Final Decision & Limitation

All refund decisions made by Spark Cloud Host’s finance team after review are final.

Spark Cloud Host reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice, with updates reflected on our website’s footer section.
